it is horrifying when you finally let yourself know that you’re truly, completely in love. when all you want is that other person. you become dependent and incapable of being without them. i never let myself be weak around a boy after my first boyfriend who, in my eyes, ruined my life and trust. but i let my walls down and now there’s this guy standing there holding me, looking into my eyes, wiping away each tear even if it’s one that he caused. my life is different because of him and it scares me. i don’t know that i can function without him, he’s my light. he guides me through everything and supports me even if he disagrees. he’s my rock. but what happens if he decides one day he doesn’t want me anymore, then what?
